Maestro Simonetti e Orquestra RGE - Brasil a Jato (1959) was one of the most successful posts at Loronix. That post was also very important as one of the first orchestra LPs made available here. That LP attracted several new Loronixers and most of them are here with us until today. I found this one on that amazing bargains and I think it is as good as Brazil a Jato. Same idea, a repertoire celebrating Brazil and specifically the city of Brasilia, the brand new Brazilian Capital at that time.

This is Maestro Simonetti e Orquestra RGE - Brasil Musical (1960), for RGE. Actually, this is a further reissue, which I do not have any info on its date. By the way, this one is ripped with my brand new equipment. Gimme some feedback, especially this one. I bought it on a very bad condition and perhaps this is the ultimate zecalouro test on LPs restorations.

Not sure what happened here, if it is a difference between the original RGE issue and this reissue, but most of the actual track list for Side 2 which you have credited is different than what is actually listed on the LP cover itself..

Big mistake of mine. Sorry.
With additional research, we can now take it as an original issue with uncertain date.
A fix is on the way, with no Rapidshare. My apologies.
Anyway, I hope you find it a nice album.

Great music, Zeca. Sounds like your restoration skills were mastered early. One question, can you tell us composer of track 2/Rio de Janeiro?
